Welcome to the course! This will be a 5-week class. We'll cover RenderMan's rendering approach, shader-writing and the Maya->RenderMan MTOR/Slim pipeline. We will also include an overview of relevant mathematics required for writing shaders.

The 'class notes' below are in simple outline form, mainly as a reminder for myself, of topics to cover. I do intend to flesh them out further into full-blown notes, complete with images and diagrams. Drop me a note ( if you have ideas/suggestions/contributions.
